We want you to start your holiday with that “feel at home feeling” as soon as you arrive. To help achieve this, here is some useful information about the Alpenblick itself, as well as other useful information.
General information
When is your room available, and when do you have to vacate it? The general terms and conditions in the Alpenblick, and our recommendation of taking out holiday cancellation insurance. Are there reductions for children, and what payment methods are accepted?
Check-in
Your room or apartment will be available from 14:00. If you would like to arrive earlier, please let us know, and we will see what we can do.
Check-in: from 2 PM
Check-out
We ask that you vacate your room/apartment by 11 AM at the latest. We will, if at all possible, offer a late check-out if requested.
Check-out: before 11 AM
AGB
Life is complicated enough, which is why we don’t have our own general terms and conditions, we simply use the General terms and conditions for the hotel industry (AGBH).
Cancellations
Conditions of cancellation are defined in the AGBH. It’s always possible that something unexpected can crop up, and we therefore recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
Children’s reductions
Under 3: free of charge, staying in the room or apartment with parents
Under 15: -€10 per day when sharing parents’ room
Under 15: -€5 per day when sharing parents’ apartment
Shortstay supplement
Please understand that a supplement will be charged on room prices for short stays of up to 3 nights.
€15 - €20 per person for one night
€5 - €10 per person per night for up to 3 nights
Local taxes
Our room and apartment prices do not include the local tourist tax which applies to guests from the age of 15.

€ 2 per person per day
Payment and deposit
A deposit is required to make a definite room/apartment reservation.
Payment methods:
Cash, EC card, bank transfer, Visa, or MasterCard
Hochkönig-Card INCLUDED
We are Hochkönig Card partners, which means lots of advantages for our guests. Free use of the summer lifts, guided hikes and mountain bike tours, night skiing, GoPro helmet camera hire and free entry to the swimming pools in the region are just a few of the benefits to be enjoyed with your Hochkönig-Card.
The card is free of charge and is valid for the entire duration of your stay.
Apartments
Once you have booked an apartment, the following information about breakfast, bread delivery service, and final cleaning of your apartment will be of interest.
Daily cleaning
We can clean your holiday apartment (bathroom, WC, bedroom, rubbish disposal. No washing up or cookery items).

Final cleaning
Regardless of the length of your stay, a charge is applicable for final cleaning for all apartments. This varies depending on the size of the apartment.

From €40 to €80
Other useful information
Are pets allowed?
No. Pets are not allowed in our bed and breakfast accommodation, nor in our apartments. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
Where can I park my car?
There are 3 parking spaces in front of and next to the Alpenblick.
Is there Internet access in my room?
Yes. All rooms and apartments have free Wi-Fi, as do the breakfast room and reception.
Is there a place to dry my ski boots?
Yes. You can store your ski gear in our ski cellar, and use the boot dryer to dry your boots.
Do you supply bathrobes for the wellness area?
No. We do not provide bathrobes, we do however supply towels in the wellness area for you to use free of charge.
