Treat yourself to a break; our wellness area is the ideal place, and is perfect for visiting after a day out in the open air. Choose between sweating it out in the sauna or in the steam bath, followed by an invigorating shower, then warm up in the infrared sauna. Our new relaxing loungers are ideal resting on.

Use of the wellness area with its sauna, steam bath, and infrared cabin is of course included in our room and apartment prices.
In winter, the wellness area is open daily in the evening (usually from 5 PM to 8 PM), and in the summer we will happily turn the sauna on when requested. Simply ask at reception.
Fancy a massage?
If the idea of a relaxing massage appeals to you, or you need one to ease muscle pain for example, then we will gladly arrange an appointment with our visiting physiotherapist, Christian.
Christian offers therapeutic treatments geared to preventative healthcare. Treatment of pathological illnesses will only be carried out on production of medical recommendation.

Time for YOU!
Specially for sauna fans who are mums and dads, we have set up our children’s playroom next the wellness area. This means the little ones can enjoy playing for a while as you relax in the sauna, and yet you can still keep an eye on them.
We will happily turn on the sauna an hour earlier for you and your children if you wish to enjoy some undisturbed family time. Simply ask at reception for a family sauna time.
